Wednesday dance training session!

After i finished my gems molecule ..
emeli and me didnt look forward for the training… Don’t want to get scolded again like every week by daniel..
We started off with all the Mass Dances that includes everyone and daniel says that we are improving … WOOHOOO !
kinda made the day for everyone
Than followed by the student choreo  ..  and he said that both locking & bboy are declining in standard ._.

he said “why is it the more you practice, the weaker you get ? “

Haiz, its hard to get everyone in the team to come together to practice.. thats why we never get it right ! its always different  person that can’t make it for the day. Got project, got hw, got exam, got FYP and so many others.
how to improve like that~!
Maybe thats the only obstacle that we need to overcome in order to make the performance a great one!

Daniel left quite early today, that gives us even more time to ….. play !!
hahaha .. we immediately started with soccer , than piano-ing, dodge ball-ing- and bboying!!
2 girls managed to handstand today! not bad sia.. even I took 4 months to learn handstand ;(

Training session for waves12 !

OH goodness.. Just came back from dance studio from a very interesting training session for one of the choreo for waves12 !

The method that our president chose was ” NCC – style “

first round was ….
1 mistake in step = 10 pushups zzz

End up we did 140 pushups and100 situps.

Round Two was the same thing .. but only 1 mistake for 1 pushup ( the proper pushup, down all the way than up ) .
We got 10 mistakes in total -_-

Round THREE .
Ok , this is the part that most of us seriously want to give up and want to give our FULL-OUT this time.
Miracle happened and we got only 3 mistakes overall !!
( i still think our president gave us chance as in not counting the small little mistakes that we made during the steps)

Ended up we did 3 shuffle push-up …. quite zzzz !

TOTAL PUSHUP : 166 !! * that includes the “knees-on-the-way-hence-counting-reset-from-0″ *
TOTAL situp : 100
TOTAL energy spent : 89% of my day’s intake.

Yesterday stayed over at clubhouse after dance practice overnight.
Watched Hills have eyes 2 tght and saw SP dance’s history photos.
Quite sad that some seniors have to leave after this year. Don’t know what will the club looks like when the new juniors come in .. hmmm .. that what makes CCA FUN ! hahaha
